    Assigned to the Strategy Consulting Division, engaged in projects such as medium-term management planning, new business development and feasibility studies, organizational transformation, and sales force enhancement for companies across a wide range of industries and scales.

  • 2004 April

    Seconded to UFJ Bank Ltd., assigned to the Head Office Business Research Department.
    As a financial analyst specializing in the environment and construction sectors, conducted industry and corporate research, feasibility assessments, corporate ratings, and M&A advisory services.

  • 2005 April

    Returned to UFJ Institute (currently Mitsubishi UFJ Research and Consulting Co., Ltd.) and joined the Organization & Human Resources Strategy Consulting Division.
    Leveraging experience as both a strategy consultant and financial analyst, supported the formulation and implementation of HR strategies tailored to the characteristics of listed companies on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market and their group companies, serving as a Principal Consultant.
    To date, has led over 300 HR consulting projects.
    Also served as a specialized consultant for private schools, with more than 100 consulting achievements in the education sector.

    Granted the designation of Certified Advanced Social Insurance and Labor Consultant (Tokutei Shakaihoken Roumushi).

  • 2022 July

    Joined Ridgelinez Limited as a Director, participating in the establishment of the People & Organization Transformation team, focusing on human capital and organizational consulting with DX strategy at its core.(Ridgelinez is a strategic subsidiary established by Fujitsu in 2020, specializing in digital transformation consulting.)

  • 2023 April

    Founded Koike Consulting Corporation and assumed the role of President & CEO.
