Organised by HRM Asia, one of Asia’s largest HR professional media platforms headquartered in Singapore, the Awards employ a rigorous evaluation process combining reader voting by senior HR and business leaders (70%) with independent expert judging (30%), ensuring a high level of credibility and professional relevance.
Against the backdrop of rapid technological advancement, shifting workforce expectations, and increasingly complex organisational challenges across Asia, the Awards recognise not merely service providers, but organisations that demonstrate distinctive value, influence, and expertise as long-term partners in advancing people and organisational capability.
The award ceremony was held on 4 December 2025 in Singapore.

Koike Consulting works primarily with Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime-listed companies and leading private universities, delivering advisory services that structurally link corporate strategy and governance with people and organisational systems.
At the core of our approach is our proprietary framework, HR Evolution 5 Steps, which integrates strategy, organisational implementation, and cultural transformation in a single, coherent design. Rather than treating human capital initiatives as isolated programmes, the framework translates management intent into measurable behavioural change, organisational capability, and cultural evolution.

Why Koike Consulting

Koike Consulting was established at a pivotal moment when generative AI began to be broadly adopted and the foundations of work itself started to shift.

In November 2022, conversational generative AI became publicly available, prompting a fundamental re-examination of human roles such as expertise, judgement, and creativity. We interpreted this development not as a transient technology trend, but as a structural inflection point requiring a redesign of how organisations operate and evolve.
Just four months later, we launched Koike Consulting as a professional firm dedicated to supporting the evolution of people and organisations in the era ahead.
From the outset, we adopted a small, elite team model, with a clear strategic focus extending beyond Japan to Asia. We continue to challenge conventional assumptions about leadership, organisational capability, and governance—and what it takes for them to remain relevant and effective in the age of AI.
