    She began her career at Sanwa Research Institute (now Mitsubishi UFJ Research & Consulting Co., Ltd.) in the HR strategy consulting division. She subsequently advanced her career at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting in the Human Capital practice and later held senior roles in corporate planning at private enterprises before joining Koike Consulting as Partner.

    Professional Qualifications

    Ozawa has extensive experience supporting Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market companies and leading manufacturers and distributors in corporate strategy formulation, HR system design and implementation, executive and compensation system reform, and employee engagement surveys. As a certified ISO 30414 Lead Consultant/Assessor, she integrates international human capital standards with strategic HR practices to help organizations achieve sustainable growth.

He went on to serve as Director at Medical Solution, President & CEO of ECOS, and Founder of Scene Links. In addition, he established his own consultancy, Performance Box Santana, and served as an Advisor to INDEE Japan, supporting organizations in innovation, strategy, and transformation.

    Yamaguchi is a licensed Small and Medium Enterprise Management Consultant and a certified IT Strategist (recognized by Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry). With this background, he provides strategic guidance at the intersection of management, technology, and innovation.
